Prepare your organism for rapid regeneration and restoration of tissues and supplement deficiencies such as Vit D, E, C, iron and a diet rich in the above-mentioned micronutrients.
Drink at least two litres of water.
It is not advisable to undergo the treatment 3 days before and during menstruation – this results in a more painful feeling of the treatment.
After 1 hour, wipe with distilled water, then dab them dry with tissue paper.
Repeat this every 2-4 hours throughout the day leaving your last one before bed time.
Repeat the same cleaning with distilled water steps but only repeat once in the morning and once before bed – apply a very thin layer of the cream provided before the bed.
Please take a month long break from any exfoliating anti ageing/ anti acne products (retinoids, glycolic, vitamin c, AHA/ BHA, enzyme washes, serums, etc).
Any treatments such as lasers, peels, botox, tinting, eyelash perming, eyelash extensions should also take place 2 weeks prior or 2 weeks after your appt.
Eyeliner should be DRY HEALED for the next 7-10 days: Do not get them wet, No sweat or moisture, No sun exposure/Sunbeds, No exercising 7 days, No picking or scratching, No makeup, No swimming/sauna.
