At least 24 hours before:

  • do not consume coffee, energy drinks and other caffeinated drinks
  • do not consume alcohol or other drugs

At least 48 hours before:

  • do not take the blood thinners prior (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamins)

Min. 5 days before:

  • do not use home enzyme/mechanical scrubs

Min. 2 weeks before:

  • do not TAN your face
  • no herbal tea
  • no eyebrow treatments: henna, dye, eyebrow lamination
  • no vaccine 2 weeks prior to and after the procedure

At least 30 days before:

  • no chemical peelings (acids)
  • no BOTOX injections 1 month prior to procedure in eye area only
  • PDO threads
  • no hair growth supplements for eyebrows
  • no facial treatment IPL, Laser, Skin needing, Microdermabrasion, Skin peeling minimum 1 month prior

Prepare your organism for rapid regeneration and restoration of tissues and supplement deficiencies such as Vit D, E, C, iron and a diet rich in the above-mentioned micronutrients.  

Drink at least two litres of water.

It is not advisable to undergo the treatment 3 days before and during menstruation – this results in a more painful feeling of the treatment.

Brows should be DRY HEALED for the next 10 – 14 days.

BLOT with tissue paper daily to keep brows free from natural oils.

Day 1:

Every hour wipe your brows with distilled water, then dab them dry with tissue paper.

Repeat this minimum 5-6 times throughout the day leaving your last one until before bed time.

Days 2-4:

Repeat the same cleaning steps but only repeat once in the morning, lunchtime and before bed.

3 x in total.

Days 5-10/14:

Repeat the same as day 2 morning and night and apply the cream provided before the bed.

Please take a break from any exfoliating anti-ageing/ anti-acne products (retinoids, glycolic, vitamin c, AHA/ BHA, enzyme washes, serums, etc) near and around your brow area for 2 weeks after your treatment to allow healing.

Please for 10/14 days: Do not get them wet, No sweat or moisture, No sun exposure/Sunbeds, No exercising 7 days, No picking or scratching, No makeup, No swimming/sauna

Any treatments such as lasers, peels, waxing, botox, tinting, etc should also take place 2 weeks prior or 2 weeks after your appt.

  • Under 18 years old age
  • DERMATOLOGICAL CONDITIONS in the area to be treated (acne pusiformis, purulent conditions, allergic or fungal lesions in the area to be treated, angiomas, impetigo, papillomas, breaks in the epidermis, burns
  • PREGNANCY and BREASTFEEDING (a raise in hormone levels can lead to elevated sensitivity, that can trigger adverse reactions and inconsistent results)
  • INFECTION at the treatment site (bacterial, viral and inflammatory infections of the body or skin in the treatment area - active rosacea)
  • Higher temperature
  • CANCER - the possibility of performing the procedure about half a year after healing; chemotherapy, radiotherapy without medical consultation
  • DIABETES in the unstable phase
  • HAEMOPHILIA and blood clotting disorders, conditions with episodes of difficult or chronic healing wounds, e.g. diabetic foot syndrome
  • Active HERPES
  • Active PSORIASIS in the treatment area
  • Active ATOPATHIC dermatitis (eczema) in the treatment area
  • Active SEBORRHOEIC dermatitis in the treatment area
  • AUTOIMMUNOLOGICAL DISEASES - systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, systemic vasculitis ulcerative colitis, Crohn's syndrome, myasthenia gravis, systemic sarcoidosis - cardiac malformations/arrhythmias
  • Infections diseases HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis
  • Multiple sclerosis, SMA, cystic fibrosis
  • use of CORTICOSTEROIDS corticosteroids (necessary interval of 8-12 weeks after the end of treatment) Steroids, NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)
  • use of RETINOIDS (necessary interval of 6 months after the end of treatment)
  • Aesthetic medicine treatment, strong exfoliation (at least 2 months after)
  • EPILEPSY
